Senior HR Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive responsible for recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and team engagement. The ideal candidate will foster a positive workplace environment and streamline HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Recruitment & Selection – Manage job postings, resume screening, and interviews.
• On boarding – Handle new hire orientation and documentation.
• Payroll & Compliance – Process payroll and ensure legal compliance.
• Employee Relations & Engagement – Address queries and organise team-building activities.
• Performance & Training – Support appraisals and coordinate training sessions.
• Data & Record Management – Maintain employee records and HR reports.
• Retention & Conflict Resolution – Develop retention strategies and mediate conflicts.
• HR Software – Utilise HRMS and other HR tools for smooth operations.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Experience in recruitment and talent management

Qualifications:

• Education: MBA in HR or Equivalent.
• Experience: 3-6 years in Software / IT Company; familiar with HRMS and labour laws.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, MS Office, and attention to detail.

Working Hours: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm, Mon-Sat (2nd & 4th Sat off)
