Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience in residential, commercial, or corporate interior projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other modern design tools, with strong visualization, project management, and client-handling skills as per the latest industry trends.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & PlanningDevelop innovative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
• Create detailed AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings.
• Prepare 3D models, conceptual designs, and visualizations using tools like SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar software.
• Select materials, finishes, colors, textures, and furniture as per project theme and budget.
• Client InteractionMeet clients to understand requirements, design preferences, budgets, and lifestyle needs.
• Present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D views to clients for approval.
• Provide professional guidance on design trends, materials, lighting, and décor.
• Project CoordinationCoordinate with site engineers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other vendors.
• Monitor site progress and ensure implementation aligns with approved drawings.
• Conduct regular site visits to resolve design-related issues.
• Assist in project scheduling and ensure timely project completion.
• Documentation & QualityPrepare BOQs, material lists, and cost estimates.
• Maintain design documentation, revisions, and records as per company standards.
• Ensure quality control as per industry trends and materials standards.
• Required SkillsSoftware ProficiencyAutoCAD – Detailed drawings & drafting
• SketchUp – 3D modeling
• V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape – Rendering (preferred)
• Photoshop / Illustrator – Presentation boards
• MS Office – Documentation
• Technical & Creative SkillsStrong knowledge of design principles, material selection, lighting, and space planning.
• Ability to create modern, functional, and trendy interior designs.
• On-site coordination and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• QualificationsBachelor's in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil / related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design industry
• Portfolio of previous projects (mandatory)
