Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and oversee the sales operations at Gined. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, handling offline admissions, and driving revenue growth. This role will require leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on sales expertise to grow our student base and enhance offline partnerships.

  1. Key Responsibilities: Sales
  2. Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear goals, monitor team performance, and provide continuous feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.
  1. Strategic Sales Planning:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities, especially through offline channels.
  • Forecast sales targets and allocate resources to meet them effectively.
  1. Offline Admissions & Partnerships:

  • Drive offline admission campaigns by collaborating with schools, colleges, and other institutions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions, counselors, and influencers.
  • Organize and attend educational fairs, seminars, and workshops to generate leads.
  1. Performance Management & Reporting:

  • Monitor KPIs, sales pipelines, and team targets to ensure continuous growth.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports to senior management.
  • Use data insights to optimize processes and drive efficiencies.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build long-term relationships with students, parents, and partners.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
  • Manage and optimize CRM tools for accurate reporting and data analysis.
  1. Collaboration Across Departments:

  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts.
  • Provide market feedback to influence product enhancements and new offerings.
  • Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a senior/managerial role.
  • Experience in the EdTech or education sector is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving revenue goals.
  • Expertise in offline admissions and partnership management.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
