Role Overview As a City Catalyst, you’re the heartbeat of Soulpap in your city. You’ll spark the first wave of action, onboard users, form local teams, and keep the energy alive through task participation and vibe-driven community engagement.

• 🧠 What You’ll Do🎯 Promote Soulpap in your city through local networks, Schools, colleges, gyms, cafés, events, etc.
• 🧩 Onboard New Users who will complete at least 5 real-life Soulpap tasks.
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Form Demo Teams and help them get their first few tasks done.
• 📣 Spread the Word using IG reels, WhatsApp groups, campus posters, and ground activities.
• 🔁 Gather Feedback from users and report what’s working (or not).
• 🥇 Drive Leaderboard Rankings by helping your city team climb to the top.
• 💸 What You Get💰 ₹10 per Task/User (after 5 completed by each user you bring in)
• 🧠 Hands-on Growth in marketing, grassroots campaigning, and digital community building.
• 🔗 Networking with founders, creative leaders, and other Catalysts across India.
