Shift Lead

Role Summary

The Shift Lead supports the POD Manager in ensuring smooth shift operations, maintaining food quality, driving customer satisfaction, and managing staff effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Quality

• Support implementation of food & beverage SOPs.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety during the shift.
• Ensure accurate order dispatching and minimize operational errors.
• Coordinate with delivery partners to avoid pickup delays.

Shift Management & Reporting

• Ensure availability of products and proper adherence to shelf-life standards.
• Maintain daily checklists, shift reports, and inventory updates.
• Support GRN processes, wastage control, and daily sales forecasting inputs.

Team Support

• Conduct shift-wise team briefings and ensure staff hygiene.
• Assist in training new team members on brand SOPs.
• Drive staff engagement and support retention efforts.

Customer Experience

• Ensure high food ratings and quick issue resolution during the shift.
• Support CAPD targets by maintaining operational efficiency.
