Shift Supervisor

Role Purpose:

To lead and manage the daily operations of the service station during the assigned shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide Service Champions during the shift

Ensure all HSSE standards, SOPs, and company policies are followed

Manage fueling operations, cash handling, and shift reconciliations

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly

Maintain site cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment readiness

Coordinate with site manager for manpower planning and daily tasks

Report incidents, near misses, and operational gaps

Support LAM activities and promote Shell products

Requirements:

Min. 1–2 years of experience in retail or operations

Strong communication & leadership skills

Ability to handle pressure and take quick decisions

Basic computer & POS .knowledge

Willing to work in rotational shifts
