Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-end design projects within scope, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager will collaborate with design teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines. Ensure resource allocation and manage project scope from conception to completion.

· Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams including designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.

· Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

· Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and the project stays within financial limits.

· Quality Control: Ensure design intent and quality standards are met through regular site inspections and collaboration with the design team.

· Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

· Vendor Management: Source and negotiate with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

· Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, budgets, and milestones.

Qualifications:

· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the interior design or architecture industry.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.

· Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)

· Familiarity with design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp)

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Work Conditions:

· Occasional travel to project sites and client meetings.

· Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage shifting priorities.
