Site Engineer

Position Summary The Site Sales Engineer serves as the link between the company’s sales team and on-site project teams. Responsible for providing technical support, coordinating site activities, and maintaining strong client relationships, the Site Sales Engineer ensures that project requirements are met and that the company’s products or services are effectively promoted and implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Sales & Client Support Provide technical presentations, demonstrations, and product knowledge to clients on-site. Assist in identifying customer requirements and proposing appropriate solutions. Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids/proposals when needed. Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather technical data for sales purposes.

2. Project Coordination Work closely with project engineers, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure smooth execution of approved projects.

Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of products or systems .Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and timelines.

3. Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or additional services .Serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries from clients during project execution .Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, and sales activity reports. Maintain accurate records of site visits, client interactions, and project milestones. Support the preparation of sales forecasts and market intelligence reports.

5. Collaboration & Internal Support Communicate field feedback to the sales, engineering, and product development teams. Participate in technical meetings, training sessions, and internal briefings. Ensure proper coordination between site operations and the head office.
