Responsibilities:

• Preparing site material quantity and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are

available.

• Individually Manage Site Execution as per Drawings with strong knowledge of

executing civil, interior landscape works.

• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.

• Should be capable of handling 2- 3 individual project execution with minimal

guidance, have a good working knowledge of current materials, prices, able to work

on check BOQ & attend regular site client meetings.

• Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members

and clients.

• Assignments require independent action decision-making as well as the ability to

work with others.

• Complete the work as per scheduled deadlines & as per quality standard.
