Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Java/Python Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver interactive and effective training sessions to students, interns, or corporate employees. The trainer will be responsible for designing training materials, conducting classes, evaluating learners, and ensuring skill development aligned with industry standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Conduct online/offline training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, Python, and related frameworks/tools.
• Design, develop, and update training content, modules, assignments, and assessments.
• Provide hands-on coding practice, real-time examples, and project-based learning.
• Assess learner performance through tests, code reviews, and practical evaluations.
• Guide trainees in building projects and preparing for interviews.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Java/Python development.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and progress tracking.
• Support curriculum development and contribute to continuous improvement of training programs.
• Provide doubt-clearing and mentoring sessions for students as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training batches.
• Required Technical Skills:Java:Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling)
• JDBC, Servlets, JSP
• Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate (optional but preferred)
• REST APIs
• Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Python:Core Python (Data Types, Functions, Modules, OOPs)
• File Handling, Exception Handling
• Django / Flask (added advantage)
• REST API basics
• Database integration
• Knowledge of libraries such as NumPy/Pandas (optional)
• General Skills:Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simplified manner.
• Patience, mentoring ability, and student-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1–5 years of training or development experience (Freshers with strong skills may also apply).
• Certifications in Java, Python, or related technologies are a plus.
