Job Description



Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive regional sales growth and achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Develop and implement regional business strategies for FRP products
  • Expand presence in infrastructure, industrial, water management, electrical, and construction segments
  • Manage large project sales and institutional customers

Channel & Key Account Management

  • Appoint, manage, and develop distributors, dealers, and project partners
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, and OEMs
  • Oversee pricing strategies, negotiations, and contract closures

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor regional, area, and territory sales teams
  • Set targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews
  • Build a result-oriented, technically strong sales organization

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer requirements
  • Identify new applications and growth opportunities for FRP products
  • Provide feedback for product development and customization

Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate with production, supply chain, and finance teams
  • Ensure timely order execution, collections, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage regional budgets and control operating costs



Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of FRP / composites / industrial products
  • Experience in project sales and B2B & B2C channel management
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
  • Ability to manage multi-state operations across South India



Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in Engineering / Science / Management (MBA preferred)
  • 12–18+ years of experience in sales & business development
  • 5+ years in a senior regional leadership role
  • Prior experience in FRP, composites, industrial, or construction materials is mandatory
