Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive regional sales growth and achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Develop and implement regional business strategies for FRP products
- Expand presence in infrastructure, industrial, water management, electrical, and construction segments
- Manage large project sales and institutional customers
Channel & Key Account Management
- Appoint, manage, and develop distributors, dealers, and project partners
- Build strong relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, and OEMs
- Oversee pricing strategies, negotiations, and contract closures
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor regional, area, and territory sales teams
- Set targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews
- Build a result-oriented, technically strong sales organization
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer requirements
- Identify new applications and growth opportunities for FRP products
- Provide feedback for product development and customization
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, and finance teams
- Ensure timely order execution, collections, and customer satisfaction
- Manage regional budgets and control operating costs
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of FRP / composites / industrial products
- Experience in project sales and B2B & B2C channel management
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
- Ability to manage multi-state operations across South India
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Engineering / Science / Management (MBA preferred)
- 12–18+ years of experience in sales & business development
- 5+ years in a senior regional leadership role
- Prior experience in FRP, composites, industrial, or construction materials is mandatory
