Position Title: Store Executive

Reporting To: RM Store Incharge / Inventory Manager

Department: Stores

Location: Electronic city Phase-1, Bangalore

Role Purpose

Responsible for the accurate and timely receipt of raw materials, verification of supplier invoices, entry of all transactions in Busy software, maintaining bin cards, and ensuring stock accuracy. This role ensures zero stock discrepancies, smooth material availability, and compliance with documentation standards — directly contributing to cost control and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Material Receipt & Verification
2. Receive incoming raw materials from suppliers as per Purchase Orders (POs).
3. Cross-check quantity, quality, and specifications against PO and delivery challan.
4. Ensure damaged, expired, or non-conforming items are recorded and reported immediately.
5. Invoice & Documentation Handling
6. Verify supplier invoices with received quantity and PO terms.
7. Submit verified invoices to Accounts for payment processing.
8. Data Entry in Busy Software
9. Accurately enter GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) into Busy software on the same day.
10. Update hand-overed invoice into Google tracker.
11. Bin Card Maintenance & Stock Accuracy
12. Update bin cards immediately after receipt transactions.
13. Perform daily and weekly stock verification to ensure 100% accuracy.
14. Compliance & Record Keeping
15. Maintain proper filing of invoices, GRNs, and QC reports.
16. Follow all SOPs and statutory compliance for storage and handling.
