Job Description
Store & Inventory ExecutiveWe are looking for a responsible and organized Store & Inventory Executive with experience in food service, catering, restaurant, café, or hospitality operations.
- Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Issue stock to kitchen and café operations as per requisitions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in Excel and inventory software.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about reorder requirements.
- Track expiry dates and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and operations teams.
- Prepare inventory and consumption reports.
- Minimize stock loss, wastage, and pilferage.
