Job Description: We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Female Store Sales Executive to join our retail team. The role includes assisting customers, promoting products, maintaining store display, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their requirements
• Provide product information and guide customers in making purchases
• Maintain store cleanliness and product display
• Handle billing, cash, and POS operations (if required)
• Manage stock, inventory, and replenishment
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally
• Support store promotion and sales campaigns

Requirements:

• Female candidate only
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English; local language is a plus)
• Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented
• Basic knowledge of sales and retail operations
• Ability to work in shifts, if required
