Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our supermarket. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of FMCG retail, and the ability to drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee overall store operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, , and performance evaluation.

Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and manage inventory effectively.

Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability.

Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

Implement effective merchandising and promotional strategies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.

Conduct regular analysis of customer needs and preferences to improve service quality.
