🕒 Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Talent Acquisition / Recruitment)

💰 Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA + Incentives

• 🔹 Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment for various departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, walk-ins etc.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports.
• Support in onboarding activities whenever required.
• Ensure hiring timelines are met and closures are done within SLA.
• 🔹 Required SkillsMinimum 2 years experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (Non-IT Mandatory).
• Strong experience in bulk hiring, frontline hiring, and junior–mid-level recruitment.
• Good communication skills and negotiation ability.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements at a time.
• Experience in automobile industry hiring is an added advantage (not mandatory).
