Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales
Maintain a database of customer information and interactions
Follow up with leads and existing customers regularly
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Address customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaigns
