Job Description

🔹 About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

  • 🔹 Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify potential clients through research, cold calling, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • 2. Client Engagement & Relationship ManagementConduct meetings, calls, and presentations to understand client needs.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Follow up on leads and address client queries promptly.
  • 3. Sales & Business GrowthPresent and promote company products/services to clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • 4. Market Research & StrategyAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Suggest improvements in products/services based on insights.
  • 5. Collaboration & ReportingCoordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
  • 🔹 Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
