Job Description
Job Title: Telemarketing Sales Executive
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate customer interest.
Persuade and convert leads into sales by effectively handling objections and queries.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Follow up with interested customers and build strong customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to the sales team.
