Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Female Telesales Executive to manage and convert student inquiries into enrollments through effective phone communication. This role is crucial in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, providing detailed information about courses and programs, and ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inquiry Handling:

  • Respond to inquiries from prospective students regarding courses, programs, and admission requirements.
  • Provide detailed information about curriculum, schedules, and educational resources.

Sales and Conversion:

  • Engage with prospective students through outbound calls to promote courses and convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Persuade and convince prospective students to enroll by highlighting the benefits of the programs offered.

Student Support and Follow-up:

  • Maintain regular contact with prospective students to monitor their decision-making process and address any concerns.
  • Implement follow-up strategies to ensure high conversion rates and student retention.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Keep accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment statuses.
  • Coordinate with the admissions team and other departments to ensure a seamless enrollment process.

Program Promotion and Improvement:

  • Collect feedback from prospective students to identify areas for improvement in marketing and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the effectiveness of promotional activities.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in organizing and participating in orientation sessions, workshops, and other events aimed at supporting prospective students.

Career and Academic Counseling:

  • Provide basic career advice to help prospective students align their academic goals with their career aspirations.
  • Assist with the development of academic plans that cater to individual student needs.

Post-Enrollment Follow-up:

  • Engage with newly enrolled students to ensure their satisfaction and successful integration into the programs.
  • Offer continued support and resources to new students to help them succeed in their academic journey.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and administrative staff.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and telecommunication tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
