Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Engagement
• Conduct targeted outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle inbound sales inquiries effectively
• Persuade customers to purchase company financial products and services
• Cross-sell and up-sell products strategically
• Process and accurately record customer purchase orders
• Generate qualified leads for the field sales team
• Book high-quality appointments for field sales representatives
• Manage and maintain customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction
• Develop and sustain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Generate leads through various channels to support business development initiatives

Communication & Performance

• Follow company-provided sales scripts effectively
• Respond confidently to customer inquiries and objections
• Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services
• Recommend suitable financial products based on customer needs
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call volume and sales targets
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer complaints
• Maintain accurate and updated records of calls made and received

Required Qualifications

Educational Background—10th, 12th, Any Graduate, Any Diploma

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales / Business Development
• Experience in financial services or BFSI sector preferred

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong understanding of financial products and services
• Experience working with CRM tools is an advantage
