Job Description

  • To support the tendering process by managing documentation, coordination, data entry, compliance checking, and backend activities required for submission of government, PSU, defence, ISRO, and private tenders. Ensures accuracy, timely submission, and smooth workflow between Tender, Sales, Finance, Technical, and Management team
  • Key Responsibilities. Tender Information Management Daily tracking of tender portals (eProcurement, GeM, Defence portals, ISRO tender portal, PSU portals).
  • Downloading tender documents, corrigendums, BOQs, and specifications.
  • Maintaining tender calendar (submission dates, pre-bid dates, clarification deadlines).
  • Updating tender status sheet regularly.


  • Backend CoordinationCoordinating with:

  • Technical team → for technical compliance sheets
  • Sales team → for pricing inputs
  • Management → for approvals
  • Vendors → for quotations / OEM authorisation letters



  • Documentation & Compliance Preparing all standard tender documents:


  • Company Profile
  • GST, PAN, Incorporation certificate
  • MSME/NSIC/ISO certificates
  • Financial documents (ITR, balance sheets)
  • Coordinating with finance for EMD/BG payment and exemptions.
  • Ensuring compliance with tender eligibility, scope, and terms.
  • Preparing annexures, forms, declarations, undertakings.
