Executive Trainer

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle training operations for 6 Retail Dark Stores (within ~5 km distance each).
• Conduct onboarding, process training, and skill-based training for store staff.
• Ensure training on SOPs, inventory processes, customer handling, and safety guidelines.
• Track training attendance, performance, and share weekly reports.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and HR for training schedules and manpower readiness.
• Support new store launches with timely training delivery.
• Ensure continuous improvement and maintain training quality standards.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in training (Retail / FMCG preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Flexible to travel between stores.
