Job Description
- Conduct field visits for property identification, measurements, and assessment of location attributes & property rates.
- Prepare and generate valuation reports with accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure adherence to quality, turnaround time (TAT), and customer relationship management standards.
- Contribute to teamwork, cooperation, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and update MIS records, databases, and assigned documentation.
- Monitor and report market trends, new developments, risk areas, and fraudulent transactions.
