Job Description
Peak Performance, founded in 2016, is a one stop solution for all the sports and
orthopaedic physiotherapy needs.
We are a team of Sports Physiotherapist, Orthopaedic Physiotherapist, Manual Therapist,
Strength & Conditioning coaches, Sports Massage Therapist, Sports Nutritionists;
working together towards the outcome for our patients/athletes.

services, like:
- Orthopedic Physiotherapy: Treating lifestyle-related joint and muscle aches through
systematic exercise plans and progressive strengthening.
- Sports Injury Management: Reducing pain, building resilience, and improving
balance and coordination through personalized sports physiotherapy.
- Strength & Conditioning: Therapy designed to help athletes and individuals recover
from physical activity, injury, or surgery.
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a keen eye
for visual storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics. Knowledge of other editing tools such as DaVinci
Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software is an added advantage.
You will work closely with our creative team to produce engaging and high-quality video content
that aligns with our brand and project goals.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
● Edit raw footage into polished, professional-quality videos for various platforms.
● Collaborate with the creative and production teams to understand project objectives.
● Enhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
● Incorporate motion graphics, titles, and transitions to improve video flow and engagement.
● Maintain an organized workflow, managing media assets and project files efficiently.
● Stay up to date with the latest editing trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve
output quality.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
● Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
● Strong understanding of post-production processes including color grading, audio editing.
● Excellent sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
● Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative teams.
