Job Title: CNC Turning/VMC Programmer and Setter

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Turning/VMC Programmer and Setter to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machines to produce precision components. Additionally, ensuring the machines are maintained in optimal condition for smooth production and achieving First Article Inspection (FAI) requirements.

Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize CNC programs for turning and VMC machines based on technical drawings and specifications.
Set up and calibrate machines for production runs.
Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, including FAI (First Article Inspection).
Keep the machines in excellent running condition, perform routine maintenance, and report any machine issues.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with quality and production teams to meet targets and quality benchmarks.
Keep detailed records of machining parameters and process changes.
