Job Description
· Respond promptly to guest inquiries and booking requests via phone.
· Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, providing clear instructions and support.
· Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
· Communicate with the Housekeeping teams to ensure properties are guest-ready.
· Provide information about local attractions, transportation, and other service.
· Monitor and report on guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
· Support the team in managing multiple properties and ensuring operational efficiency.
