Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff promptly.
• Ensure timely service of food and beverages.

Order Management:

• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items and daily specials.
• Suggest menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.

Table Management:

• Set up tables with appropriate cutlery, napkins, and condiments before service.
• Clear tables and clean the dining area after customers leave.
• Process payments accurately and provide correct change or card receipts.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist team members during busy periods.

Hygiene and Safety:

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Keep the service area clean and organized.
