Job Description – Web Developer (0–2 Years Experience)

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive and user-friendly web applications.
• Convert UI/UX designs into fully functional web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Assist in building interactive front-end components using frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Support backend development tasks including API integration, data handling, and server-side logic.
• Work with databases (SQL / NoSQL) for storing, retrieving, and managing application data.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project development.
• Participate in debugging and resolving application issues across different browsers and devices.
• Use Git for version control and maintain clean, well-organized code repositories.
• Assist in deployment activities on platforms such as AWS, Vercel, or Netlify (as guided).
• Stay updated with new web technologies, frameworks, and coding best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in web development or hands-on project/internship experience.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue (project exposure acceptable).
• Familiarity with backend technologies like Node.js, Express.js, or Java Spring Boot (optional but preferred).
• Understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, HTTP methods, and JSON.
• Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for learning new tools, frameworks, and modern web development techniques.
