Shikshakji.com is looking for a skilled and experienced Zoho Expert to join our team. If you have a passion for streamlining business processes using Zoho's suite of applications, this is a great opportunity to work from office while contributing to the success of an innovative education-based platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the Zoho suite of applications including Zoho Payroll, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Campaigns.
• Customize Zoho applications to meet business needs and improve workflows.
• Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot any issues related to the Zoho platform.
• Integrate Zoho with other third-party applications and ensure smooth data flow.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to assist management in decision-making.
• Automate processes using Zoho Flow and Zoho Creator to streamline business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Zoho and implement them as necessary.
• 
  
• 2 to 3 years of experience working with Zoho Payroll, Zoho Books and other Zoho applications.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho customization, integration, and automation.
• Experience in working with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Ability to analyse business processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills for supporting and training team members.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.

Desired Skills:

• Zoho certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Zoho Creator for building custom applications.
• Familiarity with education-based platforms or related industries.
