* Cash receipt from customer: sending cash daily to the bank for deposit. * Closing cash book daily. * Should be proficient in MS Office and Tally and stock accounting ERP software. * To check all kind of bill (cash, purchases, sales, bank etc) and do the entries in accounting software (Tally) * Record all transnational entries in Tally daily. * Prepare periodic reconciliation of accounts statement of customers and vendors. * Monthly bank reconciliations. * Monthly stock reconciliations of vehicles. * Keep daily stock (inventory) records, enter the spare parts in the software and Tally; monthly Physical stock verification as per records. * Should have knowledge about Banking activities and submission of bank related documents. Filing * Ensures accounting vouchers / documents are filed properly.
