Role Grid – Sr. Executive Treasury 1. Preparing day-to-day Fund flow Statement. 2. Preparing BRS (Bank Reconciliation statement) and Co-ordination with team regarding passing all the pending entries and closing BRS. 3. Preparing Letter of Credit ( FLC & ILC & PLBD & SUPPLIER CREDIT) 4. Provide acceptance for LC payments and preparing documents for LC discounting payments. 5. Preparing Bank Guarantee and Fixed Deposit and Demand Draft 6. Deal booking for Import payments and forward contracts and keeping track of the same 7. Preparing documents for EPC ( Export Packing Credit) and closure of EPC as per maturity 8. Preparing Projection report monthly wise (LC and Import ) 9. Making Import payment and uploading all the related documents for payments ( Direct payment, collection payment , Advance Payment and A2 Payment and Cooperate credit card payment) on Trade Portals of HDFC and ICICI Bank 10. Collecting 15CA & 15CB( Tax Certificate) for import service payment 11. Processing China Employee Salary 12. Preparation of monthly Stock Statement for Drawing Power( Preparing Creditor and Customer Ageing and Transit Report and Inventory Report summery for Stock Report )and Report should sent to all banks 13. Statutory audit Schedule Preparation. 14. Closing IDPMS submitting BOE 15. Bank Documentation for sanctioned facilities 16. Coordinating with bank and clearing all the observation related to LC, Import Payment and Limits and documentation etc…. 17. Verifying the debits of bank on account of interest and transaction costs as per sanction terms 18. Facilitating discounting of vendor invoices against LCs by preparing documents and coordinating with banks
