Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities: • Handling day to day transactions & entries into Tally • Managing Petty Cash (passing vouchers) • Closing of monthly MIS as per guidance of manager • Verifications of Travel bills, Reconciliations, Expenses and Reimbursements • Preparing payment list for suppliers/ vendors/ contractors/ consultants according to the due date. • Preparation of monthly TDS statement and ensure payment of challans before due date • Statutory compliances filings and payments i. e GST, TDS • Bank reconciliation • Billing / Invoicing to clients • Accounts Receivables Follow ups. • MIS reports as per the management requirement. Additional Skills required: • Good communication and presentation skills are a prerequisite • Ability to handle multiple deadlines • Has working knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel and Tally. ERP 9 • Basic knowledge of latest accounting and tax
