Maintaining records in the file and MS-Excel. Doing online payments (RTGS, NEFT) and Cheque payments. Checking Mails and replies to that mail, handling petty cash (manual/system) Doing Entries in tally (Purchase, Sales, Journal, Cash Payment/Receipt, Cheque Payment, Raising P.O, and Debit Note/Credit Note, etc.) And Bank reconciliation cash draw/deposit. Filing of GST Returns and online payment, PF, ESI Challan generating and making payment online. Preparing a statement of monthly TDS filing and making an online payment. Preparing Quotations and Tax Invoices & Preparing of E-Waybill. Preparing Invoices and related documents & after dispatch Bill Preparing Service reports and records. Vender Development and searching items online. Sending Couriers, Receiving and follow up with material purchased and Sent. Calling Customers after service to take feedback. Qualifications 2+ years of accounting experience. Expertise with Tally and Bookkeeping. Extensive knowledge of Indian GAAP. Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
