Job Description: An Accountant Is One Who Is Responsible For All Financial Transactions, From Fixed Payments And Variable Expenses To Bank Deposits And Budgets. Accountant Responsibilities Include Auditing Financial Documents And Procedures, Reconciling Bank Statements, And Calculating Tax Payments And Returns. Should Have With Bookkeeping And A Flair For Spotting Numerical Mistakes. Maintain Accurate Quantitative Information On The Financial Position, Liquidity, And Cash Flows Of Our Business, While Ensuring We’re Compliant With All Tax Regulations. Accounts Receivable: 1. Create And Send An Estimate With The Correct Start And End Date. 2. Once Payment Is Received Create And Send An Invoice With The Correct Start And End Date. 3. Payment Follow Up And Collection 4. Reconcile Accounts Receivable Maintain Book Keeping: 1. Need To Have A Knowledge Of Zoho Books And Internet Banking. 2. Need To Have An Understanding Of Ledger And Journals Entry. 3. Need To Organise In Proper Categories. 4. Maintain And Reconcile Expenses. 5. All Expenses Should Compulsorily Have Bills Without Which 6. Expense Won’t Be Valid Unless It Is Petrol Expense. 6. Manage All Accounting Transactions Related To PT, TDS, GST, Salaries, And Client Reimbursements. 7. Fund Transfer 8. Comply With Financial Budget And Timing. 9. Maintain Confidentiality 10. See To It Everyday Transactions(Payable Or Receivables) Are Scanned And Uploaded In Zoho Books. Accounts Payable: 1. Reconcile Accounts Payable. 2. Ensure Timely Bank Payments For All Vendors Or Stakeholders. 3. See To It All Bills Go On Time 4. Update Accounts Payable And Issues Related To The Same. 5. Pettry Cash – Maintenance And Payables 6. Every Month End See To It All Compliance Money Whether It Is GST, TDS, PT, Etc Finalization Of Accounts And Tax Compliance / Returns: 1. PT Payments Monthly And Yearly. 2. TDS Payment Monthly, Quarterly, And Yearly. 3. Plan For TDS Reimbursements Every Quarter. (From Vendors) 4. GST Filings And Payment Monthly, Quarterly, And Yearly. 5. Handle Monthly, Quarterly, And Annual Closing. 6. Compute Taxes And Send For Auditor For Verification. 7. Send Monthly Balance Sheet And Profit / Loss. 8. Audit Financial Transactions And Documents As Per The Existing Company Standard. 9. Work Under The Supervision Of Finance Head. 10. Assist In Completing Company Financial Yearly Audits. 11. Speaking With Bank Vendors And Co-Ordination. 12. Co-Ordinating With Auditor, Directors, And Government For Any Compliance-Related Issue. 13. Also Yearly Once Get Balance Confirmation From Banks Skills: 1. Listening Skill 2. Time Management 3. Prioritizing 4. Multi-Tasking 5. Fluency In English 6. Rapport Building Skills 7.
