Role:  Accounts and Inventory Executive - Full Time Roll definition:  Accounts and Inventory Executive is the one who is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely account entries and maintaining all inventories under the supervision of Purchase, Store and Accounts Department. Responsibility deliverable: Data Entry in Tally ERP 9 & Microsoft Excel. Inventory record keeping and management. Issuing Purchase Orders & Sales Orders. PO Approvals and Vendor follow-ups. Inventory record keeping and management. Assisting Purchase , Store & Accounts Department Preparation of Goods Receipt Note in Tally. Preparation of Delivery Challan in Tally. Management of Daily Incoming Material and Outgoing Material in Tally. Preparation and Updation of new Vendor Details in Tally. Updation of Sales and Purchase entries in Tally. Accurate and timely accounting entries i.e.Purchase, Receipt Payment, Payment, IOU, Cash, Sales Bill, Journal Entry, EPF Entry, ESI Entry, Salary Entry and etc. Reconciliation of accounts: B R S, Debtors, Creditors, Bank Statement. Experience: 1 -2 years with Tally Proficiency Educational Qualification: B.Com Graduate Skills and Abilities: Self-starter, organized, attention to detail, deadline oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Knowledge of finance, accounting and Inventory management. MS Office experience, including extensive MS Excel knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Should have working knowledge of tally.ERP
