Job Description

We are looking for operational and administrative associate who would directly report to our director. Job Role requires the following qualifications : 1. Engineer or Technical Diploma (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation preferred) with hands on experience to detect and coordinate corrective measures in shutdowns and breakdowns 2. Take lead in ensuring statutory regulations and maintain periodic maintenance of industrial equipment’s. 3. CS Course / any secretarial experience is preferred as you would need to report directly to CEO. 4. Management of POs , AMCs ,Purchases ,Quotations, Proposals etc 5. Good knowledge in MS Office suite ( Excel , Word) for appointment scheduling and follow ups 6. Language Proficiency in English is a must additionally Hindi and Kannada is a plus. 7. Will have to coordinate activities across different outlets of the group.
