Job Description

To receive all incoming enquiries coming through telephone, email or mail and attend to it promptly Prepare reports, which may include data collection, coordination, final copy preparation, distribution etc Arrange presentations and supporting material as and when required. To provide support to logistics functions in handling and booking courier services and maintaining records of the same General office manager duties including ordering office materials and supplies. Providing administrative assistance, such as writing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the Executive’s behalf Maintain office files in organised and efficient manner. Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders when necessary Managing the Executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters Must have the ability to incorporate creative approaches to various projects by taking initiative and working independently. Become familiar with all department functions within the organisation in order to communicate on them effectively and accurately. Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies in an ethical manner Have to coordinate at Site and maintain compliances To be well dressed and presentable impeccable
