Looking to immediately hire a administration co-ordinator for our free English medium high school run by a public charitable trust. The school is recognized by the Karnataka state Board and offers excellent an working environment. The school works on the principle that Education is the birth right of every child. The location is Brookefield, Kundalahalli, Bangalore. The vacancy is for a female candidate. The job involves maintaining and keeping all data related to school like admissions, TC, pass-outs etc in the system and in school software. Ability to retrieve the data as per the requirements of the HM & Management. Co-ordination with teachers to collect student data. Assist HM & Mgmt in school operations. Should be able to easily work in Excel, Word and maintain system files in an organized way. Some teaching work and library handling work may also be there. Good communication skills is a must. Other than English, the candidate should be able to read and write Kannada. Free lunch will be provided on all school working days + there are medical perks.
