Roles and Responsibilities: In-depth knowledge and understanding of good practices in HR management, particularly with respect to Recruitment and resourcing. Compensation and reward; Learning and talent management; Employee Relations; Organizational planning, and change. Successful track record of initiating People strategies to support business growth and change Demonstrated strategic thinking, understanding of business, and execution excellence. To assist in all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline, and HR administration. To coordinate all matters of employee grievances. To ensure that the company HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continuously improved. Encourages employees and coordinates disciplinary procedure as and when necessary Coordinate employee wellness and safety programs. Assists with and ensures that all procedures concerning promotion, transfer, and staff resignation is carried on within company policy and also within legal boundaries. Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing employee activities. Maintain a positive relationship with staff representatives and ensure employee grievances are monitored and resolved. Assists in the administration of social and staff benefit programs. Required Candidate profile: Must be an MBA in HR/ or Equivalent Degree Minimum 5 to 15 years of experience in HR Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team Management Skills Result oriented and self-driven
