Job Location: Bangalore, Onsite 5 days Work week

Primary Skills                    : Routing, Switching, Firewall (Mandatory)

 

Secondary Skills               : Firewall/URL Filtering/Load Balancers/Wireless (Good to Have)

 

Work Experience             : 4-5 Years

 

Roles & Responsibilities:  Troubleshooting severity 1 & 2 Issues in the devices.

                                            :  Provide support to Network hardware/software/configuration as assigned by Monitoring Team – Timely closure of incidents. Quality of resolution notes

                                            :  Keep customer satisfaction high

                                            :  Reduce user downtime.

                                            :  Analyze chronic problems.

                                            :  Provide Industry best practices and Standards.

                                            :  Maintain the hardware Inventory Update to date

 : Provide specialized hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution.

                                            :  Route physical problems to onsite hands and feet support staff

 :  Coordinate H/W Maintenance activity with 3rd Party for hardware    installation, troubleshooting and fixing hardware issues

                                            :  Upgrades based on new technology/New deployments

                                            :  Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP’s)

                                            :  Network Capacity Planning

                                            :  Packet Capture Analysis

                                            

 

Device Knowledge           : Cisco Routers/Switches/Cisco ASA/PaloAlto/Citrix Load balancers/Zscaler/SDWAN

 

Project Competencies and Behavioral Competencies: Resolve technical issues & ensure smooth operation Maintaining client SLA. 

                                                     

Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders.

Certification expected    :  Knowledge of CCNA and CCNP is highly desirable.
