Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also utilizing your in-depth product knowledge to design effective resolutions for client challenges. Your role is essential in maintaining the integrity and performance of our systems, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
- Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with network security practices and tools.
- Ability to implement and manage network monitoring solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
