Job description & Responsibilities:- We are looking for a right-brained Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction. • Developing architecture in line with client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact • Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design • Monitor projects from beginning to end • Keep within budgets and timelines • Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections • Meet with clients to identify requirements • Serve as an advisor and give ideas to clients • Produce blueprints • Make corrections when needed • Perform regular site visits to ensure project success • Arrange project specifications • Keep budgets in check • Ensure that all the work is carried in accordance with specific standards • Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices Requirements: - • In-depth knowledge of building and construction process and operations • Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions • Familiarity with relevant legal regulations • Outstanding drawing skills • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, 3d Studio Adobe Photoshop, and Revit, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar) • Great attention to detail • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills • Good time-management skills • Great interpersonal and communication skills Job Openings - 2 Qualification - Degree In Architecture, with good communication skills & regional language (Kannada).
