Roles & Responsibilities:    Stakeholders in upholding and enhancing the Brand Image and Customer Service Standards.  Complete Knowledge about the Brand and the Fragrances in the store.  Accomplishes sales objectives by forecasting requirements.  Maintains and expands customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers  Organize and attend Brand Promotional Events.  Compliance of the visual merchandising Standards.  Relationship building - Externally, with customers and suppliers. Internally with different related and supporting departments.  Maintains a comprehensive customer database including requirements & identifies new customer opportunities  Inventory management and control through ensuring 100% compliance of Standard Operation Procedure.  Complies with all loss prevention and safety policies and procedures.  Complies with all rules and Regulations, discipline and grooming standards of the organization.
