Name of the position: Business Analyst- IT (Banking Industry) Experience: 3-4yrs Work Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Able to support design and development under the direction of the business and development leads. Ability to absorb business processes, and specifies the detailed capabilities are all parts of this role. Required Skills • Documents functional specifications in detail and provides direction to technical team in development. • Able to visualize integrating products and suite of products attaining the completeness of the business usage irrespective of technology or products used in integration. • Should be able to use the requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a application scope, acceptance. • Drive overall product/application adoption across respective stakeholders • Clear communicator (written and verbal), understanding of systems engineering concepts. • Must be enthusiastic, committed with strong focus on objectives of the Organization. • Knowledge or experience in compliance or audit process in Indian banking or financial institution is plus. • Business case development Modelling techniques and methods are plus. • Hands on with one or more Rural Banking/Financials domain is plus. o Diary Channel o BC Managed Banking outlet o Sustainable Livelihood Initiative o PMJDY • Good understanding of using API's, XML , Business Object documents, XSD's schema, open Architecture, Cloud technologies, .Net etc. is plus Key Requirements/Experience Must have 3-5 years of experience. • Must be able to simplify complex ideas and communicate then with clear, logical thinking. • Must have hands on working with SDLC life cycle. (e.g. New Project, Change Request etc) • Must have hands on experience working with customer facing scalable web application (desktop/mobile apps are plus) • Must have Business / functional knowledge in one or more of Rural Banking/Financials services. o Diary Channel o BC Managed Banking outlet o Sustainable Livelihood Initiative • Knowledge and applicability of UX and UI patterns is also a plus. • Understand the basics of how technical systems talk to each other (APIs) is plus. • Writing and running data queries (SQL or any other query language) is a plus.
