Responsibilities of candidate includes: • Determining and conveying sales targets that facilitate the actualization of our company's broader objectives • Assigning work to Sales Representatives in an equitable manner • Supervising staff to ensure that they perform the correct tasks to prescribed standards. • Oversee marketing lead generation • Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients • Develop and execute B2B marketing plans, Marketing Strategy and Execution that may include PPT, Whatsapp & email campaigns, participation in virtual conferences and events, webinars, and website updates • Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of mobile app marketing • Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on all mobile marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained. • Collaborate closely with technical, business, and support teams to manage simultaneous time sensitive projects. • Demonstrated ability to create innovative new marketing programs and/or partnerships that generate results • Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills; bias toward decision making based on data, and high proficiency with Excel and using it to configure, analyse, and present data. • Online and offline marketing: hands-on experience with digital media, including SEM, display, social, email, and affiliate channels. • Experience working with a sales team in both Sales Enablement and Account-Based Approach. • Lead business-to-business marketing (B2B) communications to reach application targets. • Manage and continuously improve sales systems and processes to meet business goals Forging new client relationships, we are in the process of setting up domestic & international business areas and you will be extending support to them too. Secondary Sales Skills: Assessment of the city/cluster demand potential: Have Experience in Sales and Marketing. The person will be directly responsible for driving end-to-end sales of SaaS products based on Artificial Intelligence & robotics. You have to sell different types of Fintech Mobile Applications and all other IT Services to the clients in the Domestic and International Market. Experience in selling IT services or solutions through a consultative approach and conducting customer needs analysis to uncover business problems. Achieve established team & own targets for new sales, sales renewals, database participation and client work. Interns are also welcomed Desired Candidate Profile. Possession of a two-wheeler is a must for field sales Proven prospecting and closing abilities having success in generating new business. He should have good Email and Microsoft Excel skills.
