Work well with branch team members to generate leads and improve business. 1. Focus on marketing activities, generate leads, and get customers to regularly walk into the branch for business. 2. Make a list of possible customers as a reference for future business. 3. Visiting NBFCs in and around a 5 km radius of the branch and help in getting leads and business from them by going along with the ABM/BM 4. Assist in achieving the set sales target. 5. Transport and submit gold to HO/ another branch regularly at the end of the day. 6. Assist in achieving the set sales target Skills & Abilities 1. Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada. 2. Basic computer knowledge. 3. Self-motivation to learn and attain targets. 4. Ability to influence and negotiate with customers.
