The Role • We're looking for a Business Development Head to join our Chennai office. If you nave strong communications skills, a passion for helping people, and a concern for solving stubborn problems , we'd love to meet you. • Seragen enables the world's most important healthcare institutions to solve their harvest problems, but we can only scale our impact at these institutions if the decision makers i.e. Doctors / IVF Specialists understand our solution, and what we're capable of accomplishing together. We help our Doctors understand what we do, how we do it, and what that means for their wellness. In this role, you will: Engage directly with Doctors over phone, digital channels and direct interactions. Anticipate Doctors’ requirements and possible challenges - make our Doctors successful! Facilitate a seamless Doctor on-boarding process, ensuring a smooth ‘go live’ and transition to the healthcare partner. Work closely with campaign team, research scientists and other stockholders to express Seragen' impact by defining and crafting creative communications Promote the Company’s solutions through the relationships you nave nurture a within the Accounts. And you are someone with a proven Business Development background, achieved revenue targets for 5+ years In the healthcare domain and nave a track record of working with Doctors, IVF Clinics Understand Biomed and passionate about Regenerative Therapies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation skills. Extremely well-organize a and analytical with an ability to work well under pressure. Strong team player as well as a proactive individual contributor.
