Requirements: • Experience of 1-3 years in India market years of business development experience • Understand the business models of the partners, identifying and communicating needs for additional services • Develop metrics and measurement framework to track partner ecosystem performance • To develop and generate new business opportunities • Penetrate new market segments and industries • Work on new accounts bids and proposal accurately • To build partners and alliances appropriately to the business requirement • Perform market research and develop new ideas to market the product and services • Provide research analysis and evaluate new business opportunities • Set sales targets and plan strategies to achieve the goals • Able to comprehend the customer needs • Build and maintain excellent relationship internally and also with the customers • Great Communication Skills, Negotiating Skills, Presentation Skills are plus for this position. • Maintain a healthy pipeline • Must act with high integrity in all interactions with the customers • Experience in Inside Sales, Global sales from India is preferred. • Job includes remote meetings and visits to partner locations • Base Location: Bangalore
