Designation: Call Quality Analyst Qualification: Graduate Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Voice Call Quality Auditing process in a BPO (MANDATORY EXPERIENCE) Salary: 2.4 Lacs Per Annum to 3.00 Lacs Per Annum Job Type: Permanent, Day Shift Working Days: 6 Days Company: One of the leading Call Auditing companies in India. Job Role: As a Call Quality Analyst, you will be required to perform call quality audits for the calls handled by the customer service agents and providing the feedback to the agents, as per the requirement from the clients. We are looking for a Call Quality Auditor/Analyst who has previously worked in a Call Quality Auditing team and has recently worked for atleast 1 year doing call quality audits (MANDATORY EXPERIENCE). Job Description: 01) The process is fixed Day Shift 02) The job is currently work-from-home (WFH) due to COVID; post the Government approval for COVID restrictions removal, it would be work-from-office (WFO) job. 03) Perform call monitoring/auditing for the calls handled by the customer care agents and share the feedback of call monitoring observations to the agents 04) Candidate must have good communication is required in both English & Hindi along with one of the regional languages like Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, Oriya, Bengali, Punjabi or Assamese 05) Monitor the agent's calls for various parameters like call greeting, professionalism, communication, process knowledge etc 06) Understand and gauge the communication level and professionalism level of the agent on the call while auditing 07) Fill out the call auditing form with relevant scoring 08) Understand the conversation (English, Hindi or any regional language) on the call and mark the agents with relevant feedback 09) Job requires work-from-home (WFH) currently due to COVID; hence candidate should have minimum 5 Mbps broadband connection with good working condition laptop or desktop. Desktop users should have a power backup facility Required Skills / Desired Experience: 01) Graduates 02) Candidates who can join immediately would be preferred 03) Minimum 1 year experience in call quality auditing on paper like offer letter, relieving letter, appraisal letter etc (MANDATORY EXPERIENCE) 04) Candidate must have good communication in English & Hindi along with one of the regional languages like Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, Oriya, Bengali, Punjabi or Assamese 05) Position would require reporting to Quality Team Leader 06) Good communication skills 07) Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently 08) Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty 09) Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
